Welcome to the VTS Laundry app!
This app helps you conveniently schedule laundry services with VTS Laundry. By using this app, you agree to these terms and conditions.
Services
Booking:
You can book laundry pickups and deliveries through the app, specifying your preferred date, time, and service type (e.g., wash & fold, dry cleaning).
Pricing & Options:
Prices and service options may vary based on your location, laundry type, and chosen service. Please refer to the app for detailed pricing information.
Service Delivery:
VTS Laundry will pick up your laundry at your chosen location and deliver it back clean, following your selected service.
Communication:
We will keep you informed through the app about your order status, including pickup and delivery times.
Delivery
- Laundry deliveries generally arrive within 3 business days (72 hours), and dry cleaning within 5 business days (120 hours).
- We strive for on-time deliveries but cannot guarantee them due to unforeseen circumstances. We will keep you informed of any delays.
- Urgent delivery within the same day is available for an extra 100% fee if collected before noon. Otherwise, it will be delivered the next day
General Information:
- Please communicate any special garment instructions to our pickup personnel.
- Orders with less than 6 items will be categorized as dry cleaning only, not laundry or steam ironing.
- "No distance limit" applies within the city's municipal corporation boundaries.
Damage & Loss:
Please inspect your garments upon delivery and report any discrepancies immediately. We also check for issues during pickup and sorting. However, we cannot guarantee identifying all damages beforehand.
We do not accept non-washable accessories. Detachable ones will be counted and charged separately.
Garment counts are important at both pickup and delivery. Mismatches reported after payment will not be entertained.
Due to time constraints, we may not always refer to care labels. We are not responsible for damage to “hand wash only” or “dry clean only” garments.
We are not liable for color fastness, shrinkage, or damage to embellishments during processing.
We cannot guarantee complete stain removal but will make our best effort.
All garments are accepted at your own risk. Please provide an alternate delivery address if needed
We are not responsible for loss or damage due to fire, theft, etc.
Pricing & Processing:
- Final garment prices are based on complexity and might differ from the website's list (which is indicative). We will communicate the final price before processing.
- We reserve the right to refuse service for specific garments.
- Please check your clothes' pockets thoroughly. We are not responsible for lost items.
- In case of garment loss or damage, we may offer a service credit (up to 5 times the processing cost) upon customer bill presentation.
- Any quality issues or damage must be reported within 7 days of delivery. Claims reported later will not be accepted.
Promotions & Disputes:
• Promotional offers cannot be combined unless explicitly stated.
• Package subscribers cannot combine other promotions with their subscription.
• All disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of Jamshedpur courts.
Cancellation & Changes:
Please inform us of pick-up cancellations at least 2 hours prior to avoid a Rs. 50 convenience fee.
We reserve the right to change website content (including prices, terms, etc.) without prior notice.
Termination
VTS Laundry reserves the right to terminate your use of the app for any reason, with or without notice, including:
- Violation of these terms and conditions
- Suspicious activity
- Non-payment of services
Disclaimer
VTS Laundry takes utmost care while handling your laundry. However, we are not liable for any damages caused by the laundry service, including loss or damage to your clothes, exceeding the value of the laundry order. We recommend checking your garments before placing an order and informing us of any pre-existing damages.
Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from these terms and conditions shall be governed by the laws of India and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Pune, Maharashtra, India.
