- Delivery time is between 8AM to 6PM, 7 Days a week.
- Laundry deliveries will be made in 72 Hours or 3rd working days, whichever is later.
- The Dry-Cleaning garments will be delivered in 120 Hours or 5th working day, whichever is later.
- Every effort is made to deliver clothes on time, however due to certain unforeseen circumstances, if the delivery is delayed, we will keep you updated about the delivery times. ViprasLaundry does not take any guarantee for on time delivery.
- Urgent delivery of garments will becharged @ 100% Extra and will be delivered on same day if collected before 12pm and next day otherwise.
- Any special instruction must be communicated to the pickup person.
- Cloth count of less than 6 will be booked in Dry Clean category ONLY and not for steam ironing or laundry.
- “No distance limit” means within the boundaries of municipal corporation of city of operation.
- Customers are requested to examine garments at the time of delivery and self-declare any issue related to the garments in good faith. Our pick-up man will also highlight any issue with the garment at the time of pick up or at the time of sorting of garment at the workshop. If any issue is identified, it will be informed to the customer over phone before any further processing. However, we do not take guarantee that any damage will be identified before processing.
- We do not accept any accessories which can not be processed. If any accessories are detachable with the garment, will be counted as extra item and will be charged separately.
- All garments to be counted and handed over to Pick up person. Similarly, the counting has to be done during delivery. No claims for garment loss will be entertained if any mismatch is reported after making the payment.
- Due to time constraints, we may not read manufacturer suggested care and washing / drying labels, and will not responsible for garments labelled "hand wash only" or "dry clean only"
- We are not responsible for fastness / running of colour / shrinkage / damage to embellishments / embroidery work on the garments during process. No compensation in cash will be offered to the customer.
- You are advised not to give clothes that bleed colour for laundry. We accept no liability for items who loose colour, especially when colour of one part of the garment gets on the other part.
- Every effort is made to remove stains, but ViprasLaundry will not be responsible for stubborn and un-removable stains. We does not take any guarantee of complete removal of stain.
- All articles are accepted at customers’ risk.
- Please note that we will not be responsible for the upkeep of the garments. You may provide an alternate address where garments can be delivered in your absence.
- We accept no liability for any loss or damage of the clothes arising due to fire, burglary etc.
- The rates of garments will be decided on a case-to-case basis depending on the complexity of the garments. The rates mentioned in the price list on the website are indicative and minimal. Final price will be communicated by text message, WhatsApp message before further processing.
- We will undertake the cleaning of the garments, in the best possible manner that our technicians deem fit. The various cleaning methods deployed by us will vary from Wash in Emulsifier, Detergent and Softeners, Soft wash for delicate garments.
- We reserve the right to refuse pick-up or cleaning any garment.
- Customers are requested to check the pockets of their clothes carefully. We will not be responsible for any loss / claim of such items.
- A maximum of 5 (Five) times of its processing cost (laundry/dry clean) (decision remains with us) can be reimbursed in case of any loss or damage of the garment only if the customer is able to produce the bill. Compensation will be provided in form of service and not in cash.
- Customers are requested to examine garments at the time of delivery. All damages, loss or quality issue must be reported within 7 Days of delivery. Any complaints received after 7 days of delivery will be null and void and will not be entertained.
- Two or more than two sales and marketing promotional program cannot be clubbed together.
- Subscriber to package deal cannot club the other sales promotional program along with their subscription.
- All disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of Courts in Jamshedpur only.
- Please inform 2 hours prior to schedule pick up for cancellation. Post this a nominal inconvenience fee of Rs. 50/- will be charged as conveyance charges.
- We reserve the right to change anything that is provided on this website without any prior notice about the prices of our products/services, terms and conditions etc.

Why location is collected how it is used?
We use location for generating pickup & delivery routes for last mile delivery to the customers. These routes are then downloaded on our delivery app to do the deliveries and on the phone used by riders helps us track the location of the rider. Application needs to know the path being followed by the rider. Location information of the rider will be used to send relevant updates to the end customer.
How are your location details collected?
Your location details are collected using a third-party library or Google Play services based on configurations.
How can you correct inaccuracies in the information?
